What you'll do

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and platform services.
  • Own software solutions end-to-end, including system architecture, implementation, observability, and lifecycle support.
  • Develop and implement custom AI agents for workflow automation, decision support, and multi-step reasoning.
  • Integrate LLMs, embeddings, search technologies, and external tools through secure and scalable APIs.
  • Build and maintain MCP-based integrations to enable structured communication between AI models and business systems.
  • Harden AI components for 24x7 manufacturing systems with a focus on reliability, security, and performance.
  • Apply AI-assisted development practices to ensure code quality, architectural integrity, and long-term maintainability.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of full-stack or backend software development experience.
  • Expertise in API design, service integration, data persistence, and building production-grade applications.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Kubernetes-based deployments.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and storage architecture design.
  • Experience designing and deploying AI-enabled solutions, including AI agents, RAG systems, prompt engineering, and AI tool integration.
  • 7+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise-grade distributed applications in cloud environments (preferred).
  • Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, Angular, SQL, NoSQL, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures (preferred).
