Staff AI Enablement & Transformation Engineer
The Staff AI Enablement & Transformation Engineer joins the Finance organization to lead transformation initiatives and drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions. This role focuses on building and deploying AI agents, Claude Skills, Copilot Agents, and workflow automations while creating reusable assets like playbooks and templates. The individual will develop training programs, boot camps, and certification pathways to mentor employees on prompt engineering and emerging technologies. Key technical requirements include proficiency with Claude, Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, and AWS AI Services. The role also involves implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation, MCP integrations, and AI orchestration while managing citizen developer programs and hackathons. The core objective is to solve business challenges by automating processes and improving decision-making within Finance functions like Treasury, Tax, and Accounts Payable using tools such as Power Automate and UiPath.
Lead Finance AI transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and decision-making across the organization.
Develop and deploy AI solutions including agents, Claude Skills, Copilot Agents, and workflow automations.
Build reusable AI assets, accelerators, templates, and best-practice playbooks for the Finance team.
Create and deliver AI training programs, workshops, boot camps, and certification pathways for employees.
Manage citizen developer initiatives, innovation challenges, hackathons, and communities of practice.
Track and report on AI adoption metrics, productivity gains, and business value through executive dashboards.
Ensure all AI solutions comply with enterprise governance, security, privacy, and Responsible AI standards.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in AI Enablement, Finance Transformation, Digital Transformation, Organizational Change Management, or Workforce Capability Development.
Experience leading enterprise technology adoption programs and driving organizational change.
Practical experience with AI frameworks including Claude, Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS AI Services, or similar technologies.
Experience developing intelligent agents, Claude Skills, Copilot Agents, AI assistants, or agentic workflow solutions.
Experience with timely engineering, workflow automation, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MCP integrations, and AI orchestration.
Experience managing citizen developer programs, hackathons, communities of practice, or innovation initiatives.
Strong analytical, reporting, data visualization, and executive presentation skills.
