SRE Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Deploy, configure, and maintain large-scale, multi-tenant Kubernetes environments.
• Write and maintain operational tooling to improve reliability and reduce manual intervention.
• Implement and maintain platform reliability standards including SLOs, error budgets, and alerting.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, revision control workflows, and configuration management practices.
• Participate in on-call rotations to troubleshoot production issues and complete post-incident actions.
• Enforce security best practices, OS hardening, and compliance standards across the fleet.
• Develop AI-assisted tooling to accelerate triage, operational workflows, and infrastructure automation.

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience in Linux systems administration and containerization with enterprise distributions like RHEL, Oracle Linux, or CentOS.
• Proficiency in Python or Go for scripting and tooling.
• Solid understanding of Linux fundamentals, including file systems, process management, and package management.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic firewall configuration.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and configuration management tools like Puppet or Ansible.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure focused experience (preferred).
• Experience with third-party cloud platforms, container orchestration, or cloud-native observability tools (preferred).
