SRE Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Deploy, configure, and maintain large-scale, multi-tenant Kubernetes environments.
• Develop and maintain operational tooling to improve reliability and reduce manual intervention.
• Implement reliability standards including SLOs, error budgets, alerting, and rollout strategies.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, revision control workflows, and configuration management practices.
• Perform on-call rotations to troubleshoot production issues and execute post-incident actions.
• Enforce security best practices, OS hardening, and compliance standards across the fleet.
• Develop AI-assisted tooling to accelerate triage and infrastructure automation.

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience in Linux systems administration and containerization with enterprise distributions like RHEL, Oracle Linux, or CentOS.
• Proficiency in Python or Go for scripting and tooling.
• Solid understanding of Linux fundamentals including file systems, process management, and package management.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configuration.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and configuration management tools like Puppet or Ansible.
• Preferred experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure roles.
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes), Docker, and third-party cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with cloud-native observability tools, CI/CD pipelines, and OS security hardening.
