What you'll do

  • Ensure all programs adhere to privacy, security, and data governance requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end adoption and migration to modern data platforms for compliance analytics.
  • Serve as primary liaison between CELA leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Present program status, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional technical programs involving data platforms, analytics, or AI/ML systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product management, data analysis, or product development.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, Fabric, Databricks) and modern BI/analytics tools (Power BI).
  • Ability to drive programs from ambiguity to delivery across engineering, data science, and business teams.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, CCPA, DMA, DSP) and investigation management platforms.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and multi-million-dollar program budgets.
  • Background in fraud detection, AML, KYC, or financial compliance.
