As a Principal Technical Program Manager on Microsoft’s Industry Solutions Engineering team, you will collaborate with high-impact customers and partners to develop innovative cloud-based solutions using AI and other cutting-edge technologies. Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining customer scenarios, orchestrating engineering approaches, and developing end-to-end user stories across various feature areas. You’ll work closely with software engineers, data scientists, designers, and subject matter experts to deliver complex technical solutions, manage project schedules, and drive continuous improvements through rigorous testing and performance metric collection. The role requires expertise in managing cross-functional projects, experience in coding, and a passion for leveraging diverse technologies beyond Microsoft’s ecosystem to solve real-world business challenges. Ideal candidates have at least 10 years of relevant experience and are comfortable with up to 25% travel.

Validate use cases and write test cases to drive continuous improvements.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects for at least 8 years.
Comfortable with travel up to 25%.
Ability to read and write code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos) for at least 1 year.
Strong skills in defining success criteria and creating relationships for implementing complex feature areas.
Expertise in validating use cases, writing test cases, and providing support for performance metrics collection.
