What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (engineering, computer science, physics) and 6+ years experience in technical roles.
- Master’s or PhD in a relevant field with 6+ years experience in engineering or product development.
- Basic understanding of optics/photonics for engaging researchers and suppliers on technical trade-offs.
- Knowledge of networking and interconnects including datacenter networking and high-speed interconnects.
- Familiarity with hardware/system simulation tools and advanced packaging techniques.
- Effective communication skills to justify technical assumptions to diverse audiences.
- Experience working on research or industry projects related to AI systems design.
