What we're looking for
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years of software engineering experience building and operating production systems on a modern cloud platform like AWS.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with at least one of Java, Node.js, or Javascript.
Experience designing and operating distributed systems and robust, fault-tolerant integrations such as REST/gRPC services or data pipelines.
Practical experience building or integrating GenAI/ML-powered features, including LLM-based workflows and intelligent automation in production.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and agents to write, review, and validate technical design documents and code while maintaining quality standards.
Experience building systems or analytics used by Sales and/or Marketing teams (preferred).
Salesforce engineering experience supporting Sales and Marketing workflows (preferred).
