Sr. Systems Analyst, Finance, Enterprise Apps joins the Enterprise Applications and Architecture team to drive automation through an integrated suite of enterprise systems. Serving as a financial systems subject matter expert, this individual will support Zip, NetSuite, Navan, and other financial technologies while translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key responsibilities include performing platform administration, creating engineering artifacts like data flow diagrams, designing custom workflows, and implementing AI automations. The role requires expertise in Source to Pay processes, General Accounting, and integration technologies such as Workato, MuleSoft, and Boomi. Candidates must possess experience with REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architectures, and Agile methodologies using Jira. This position focuses on streamlining business operations, managing production issues, and supporting critical activities like Month End Closure within a complex financial technology environment to improve overall efficiency.
Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Zip, NetSuite, and other core financial technologies.
Translate business requirements from finance stakeholders into scalable technical solutions and engineering artifacts.
Perform daily platform administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Zip and integrated boundary systems.
Design and build custom workflows, integrations, and analytics reports within the enterprise application suite.
Develop and implement AI automations and agentic flows in collaboration with engineers and citizen developers.
Execute test plans and lead user acceptance testing for new features and system integrations.
Support business process transformations to improve efficiency for month-end closing and financial reporting.
Conduct solution walkthroughs, application demonstrations, and training sessions for internal users.
What we're looking for
5+ years of system administration experience with Source to Pay systems like Zip, Coupa, NetSuite, and other finance applications.
4+ years of hands-on configuration experience with various Zip modules including Vendor Management, Procurement, Payables, and AI Agents.
3+ years of experience with large scale implementations of Sourcing/Procurement systems and integrations through middleware like Workato or MuleSoft.
1+ years of experience with AI technologies for designing and deploying slackbots and workflow-based agents using n8n and Workato Genie.
Strong knowledge of finance business processes including Sourcing, Procurement, Payables, Vendor Management, Expenses, and General Accounting.
Deep understanding of month end accounting processes and financial reporting features in Zip/NetSuite.
Experience with Agile methodology, Jira, and production support, incident, and defect management processes.
Strong knowledge of system-to-system integration principles including REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architectures; NetSuite, Workato, or AI certifications (preferred).
