What you'll do

Lead hands-on installation of ACM products in hospitals across the US.

What we're looking for

10+ years of IT experience in Windows-based systems and networking.
Strong hands-on skills in device setup, configuration, and deployment.
Ability to lead customer IT workstream meetings as a subject matter expert.
Experience with hospital infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and security protocols.
Capability to provide Level 2 technical support for medical devices and software.
Bachelor’s degree required; OEM experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
