What you'll do

  • Manage the Endpoint Engineering support queue for prioritization and timely resolution of incidents.
  • Own operational initiatives to enhance security, reliability, and compliance in endpoint management.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex or recurring technical issues from Service Desk teams.
  • Develop and maintain operational metrics and key risk indicators related to endpoint health and performance.
  • Partner with Security teams to track and resolve endpoint engineering risks within defined SLAs.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in systems administration with a focus on endpoint engineering.
  • Expertise in modern endpoint management platforms like Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Modern Workplace concepts in cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Deep technical skills in troubleshooting complex endpoint issues at scale.
  • Experience leading operational projects in client computing environments.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Windows Autopilot and post-provisioning automation.
  • Knowledge of macOS device management using Jamf or similar platforms.
