The Sr. SW Engineer (Full Stack) joins the engineering team to design, develop, and maintain full-stack features within the fintech sector. This role involves building production solutions using agentic AI, including LLM-backed services, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and multi-step agents. You will spend the majority of your time coding and working with data to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions. Key responsibilities include designing REST APIs and microservices, performing code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers. The technical stack includes React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, MySQL, Postgres, and Linux. You will also utilize Generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to improve development velocity. The work focuses on solving complex technical problems in a regulated environment while ensuring high availability and performance.
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js.
Build and ship production solutions using agentic AI, including LLM-backed services, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
Apply AI-assisted engineering tools for code generation, refactoring, test authoring, and debugging to improve team productivity.
Design and consume secure REST APIs and microservices for internal and external developer clients.
Participate in system design and architecture for platform components and AI-enabled services.

What we're looking for
Must have 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Must have hands-on professional experience building full-stack applications with Java and JavaScript.
Must have hands-on experience with React, Spring Boot, Node.js, relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Postgres), and Linux.
Must have demonstrated experience building and shipping solutions using agentic AI, including LLM APIs, tool/function calling, and MCP-based integrations.
Must have experience designing, building, and testing enterprise-scale web services and REST APIs.
Must be able to work across Development, QA, automation testing, and production support functions.
Preferred: experience with a Bachelor's degree or experience with an Advanced Degree.
Preferred: Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud-native architectures, and CI/CD environments.
