What we're looking for
7+ years of product management experience building consumer-facing technology platforms, large-scale customer data systems, personalization infrastructure, or AI/ML products.
2+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade Agentic AI platforms.
Deep technical understanding of Agentic AI and context engineering, including agent SDKs, conversational state, memory architectures, retrieval/RAG, and grounding.
Proven experience working with large-scale customer data platforms, including real-time signals, data quality, low-latency access, and privacy controls.
Demonstrated experience designing and using agent evaluation frameworks for offline and online evaluations of agent quality and personalization.
Proven track record of high-ownership product leadership, driving complex foundational platforms from concept to production and broad adoption.
Strong ability to influence and align AI engineering, AI science, consumer experience, data, privacy, and security teams in a matrixed organization.
