Senior Staff Product Manager, Sales Data, Context & Intelligence

What you'll do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the GTM context graph and its underlying architecture.
• Design the strategic context model to represent marketing plays, segments, ICPs, and operational constraints.
• Own the closed-loop feedback system to flow outcome data back into the graph to update agent behavior.
• Define the intelligence framework to blend internal data with third-party provider signals and arbitration rules.
• Create interfaces and access patterns to make context available to both human sellers and AI agents.
• Establish governance for the context layer, including ownership, provenance, quality metrics, and access controls.
• Translate ambiguous cross-functional problems into PRDs, evaluation approaches, and phased delivery plans.
• Communicate the product vision and progress to executives and align broad teams around a shared roadmap.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of product management experience supporting a go-to-market organization.
• Demonstrated experience as an AI-native product manager building agentic workflows or AI-enabled products.
• Deep understanding of how AI agents consume context, including retrieval, knowledge graphs, and memory.
• Experience with knowledge graphs, ontologies, semantic layers, or enterprise context platforms.
• Familiarity with go-to-market domains including sales motions, segmentation, and revenue lifecycles.
• Experience building closed-loop systems that learn from outcomes and defining success metrics.
• Strong data fluency with platforms like Salesforce, Databricks, or cloud data warehouses, including SQL.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Enterprise Salesforce experience, specifically Sales Cloud and Data Cloud (preferred).
• Experience in regulated or high-governance environments regarding data provenance and access control (preferred).
• Prior founding-team or 0-to-1 experience establishing a new platform category (preferred).
