Senior Specialist, Decision Intelligence

What you'll do

• Translate complex business problems into mathematical models for process simulation and optimization.
• Build robust analytics and probabilistic forecasting models to support strategic decision-making under uncertainty.
• Develop and deploy user-friendly web applications for interacting with data products and model outputs.
• Build and optimize scalable data pipelines using Databricks, Python, and SQL to create AI-ready data products.
• Implement agentic AI workflows to automate decision-making processes and generate proactive business insights.
• Define and track KPIs to monitor the value realized through digital transformation initiatives.
• Document technical specifications, mathematical models, and system architectures while providing training to end-users.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, or a comparable technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in data science, operations research, data engineering, or a related highly technical role.
• Strong expertise in Python and experience building and deploying advanced machine learning models.
• Proven track record of gathering complex requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translating them into technical roadmaps.
• Proficiency with GitHub for version control and experience using AI-assisted development tools like Cline.
• Experience with Databricks and MLOps (preferred).
• Pharmaceutical development and/or clinical supply chain experience (preferred).
• Understanding of CMC development across modalities (preferred).
