What you'll do

Provide on-site ISSO support for classified systems, including account management, auditing, and secure operations.
Establish and maintain SIPR connectivity and manage Group Policy Objects for security compliance.
Perform RMF continuous monitoring tasks and support Nessus vulnerability scanning and remediation.
Analyze system logs using Splunk for diagnostics, audit support, and security reviews.
Manage personnel security by verifying clearances, coordinating access, and maintaining records.
Oversee physical security, including secure facility inspections and classified material accountability.
Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate security requirements and incident responses with government representatives and internal teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in security, or a graduate degree with 4+ years, or 8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Strong experience administering Windows operating systems in secure or regulated environments, including virtualized systems.
Experience with the establishment and maintenance of SIPR connectivity.
Experience with Redhat Linux.
Experience with DISS & JADE.
Experience applying STIG hardening measures and using EvaluateSTIG for compliance scanning and remediation.
Experience developing and maintaining RMF documentation, including SSPs, POA&Ms, user guides, and SOPs.
Experience performing Nessus vulnerability scanning, analysis, and remediation support.
Experience using Splunk SIEM for log analysis, audits, and security reviews.
Familiarity with SAP administration, classified area management, and customer inspections (preferred).
Experience with classified document accountability, media control, and secure material destruction procedures (preferred).
Relevant security, industrial security, or cybersecurity certifications (preferred).
Must be a U.S. citizen to obtain the required security clearance.
