Senior Specialist, Cyber Intelligence (ISSO) joins the Cyber Intelligence Team to serve as a technical lead for classified system security architecture. The individual will author advanced Risk Management Framework documentation packages, conduct vulnerability assessments, and oversee audit readiness for DCSA inspections. The position requires expertise in Linux and Windows environments, utilizing tools such as Nessus, STIGViewer, SCAP, Splunk, and Tenable. Direct audit readiness and inspection efforts for DCSA to ensure all technical artifacts meet program standards.
Provide strategic security advisory support to leadership regarding architecture decisions, enclave segmentation, and classified lab operations.
Coordinate advanced incident response actions to ensure timely containment and recovery within approved system boundaries.
Develop and deliver tailored cybersecurity awareness and privileged user training for technical staff.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience, a graduate degree and 4 years of experience, or no degree and 10 years of experience.
Minimum Security+ certification in accordance with DoD 8570/8140.
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Experience with DAAG (formerly DAAPM), JSIG, and NIST RMF standards (preferred).
Experience leading Risk Management Framework activities for classified systems through all lifecycle phases (preferred).
Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems in mixed enclave environments (preferred).
Experience managing vulnerability programs using ACAS/Nessus, SCAP, and STIG compliance tools (preferred).
