3+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience (preferred).
3+ years of satellite communications ground systems and operations experience (preferred).
5+ years of work with U.S. Federal customers experience (preferred).
