What you'll do

Lead the software development lifecycle for media pipeline components and modules.
Drive technical roadmap and architectural decisions for major media pipeline components.
Implement and maintain secure code practices using security and scanning toolsets.
Diagnose and resolve complex performance and scalability issues in cloud-native environments.
Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers to foster technical excellence.
Translate business requirements from product managers and designers into technical specifications.
Research and incorporate state-of-the-art approaches to solve recognized technical challenges.
Manage multiple projects in parallel while maintaining high-quality code and attention to detail.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Master’s degree (preferred).
5+ years of experience designing and implementing audio and video post-production workflows.
Proficiency in Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, C/C++, and Python.
Solid experience with build systems such as Docker, Makefile, CMake, and Taskfile.
Mastery of full stack development, secure programming, and object-oriented programming with design patterns.
Strong knowledge of CI/test automation tools, Kubernetes, and database design including relational and in-memory databases.
Expertise in API architecture with REST and gRPC, and familiarity with cloud-based workflows, message brokers, and serverless technologies.
