What you'll do

Lead a multi-layered organization of over 50 software engineers, managers, and TPMs.
Manage the software lifecycle for SDN Controller software and SDN Agents across cloud, satellite, and terminal environments.
Define and execute the multi-year vision and long-term architecture for networking products.
Develop new networking features to improve quality and functionality for mobile, space, and terrestrial environments.
Define and monitor system KPIs to ensure high-quality software delivery and continuous improvement.
Translate ambiguous product concepts into clear, executable engineering plans.
Provide career development and mentorship for a group of SDN developers.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
10+ years of engineering experience.
5+ years of engineering team management experience.
10+ years of experience planning, designing, developing, and delivering consumer software.
Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects, and development teams in an Agile environment.
Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
Experience designing and developing large scale, high-traffic applications (preferred).
Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates.
