What you'll do

Lead and scale an engineering team to deliver customer-facing products for both B2C and B2B segments.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial concept through launch and global operation.
Drive technical architecture decisions and establish best practices for scalable, reliable systems serving millions of users.
Hire, mentor, and develop a diverse team of engineers and emerging leaders as the organization grows.
Integrate generative AI into the development lifecycle to accelerate delivery while maintaining high engineering standards.
Partner with product managers and designers to define and deliver seamless customer experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Build greenfield systems from scratch that operate at global scale in a fast-paced environment.
Develop strategic plans for team growth and contribute to the long-term technology roadmap.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, or a U.S. permanent resident (Green Card holder).
3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
7+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams.
3+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems for reliability and scaling.
8+ years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
Knowledge of full software/hardware/networks development life cycle practices, including coding standards, code reviews, and livesite operations.
Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
