What you'll do

Automate operations and optimize infrastructure for large-scale enterprise systems.
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and high performance in a fast-paced environment.
Manage Kubernetes concepts including networking, storage, secrets, and container deployments.
Implement SRE principles such as observability, error budgeting, and SLA/SLO measurements.
Perform incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis (RCA).
Troubleshoot complex networking issues involving TLS/SSL, DNS, and load balancers.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and source control management using Git.
Monitor system health using tools like Prometheus, Splunk, Grafana, or CloudWatch.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with Java or scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or LUA.
Hands-on experience in one or more databases, including Relational or NoSQL like Oracle and MongoDB.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (equivalent practical experience).
Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Splunk, Grafana, or CloudWatch (preferred).
Proficiency in Linux, networking concepts, and troubleshooting in large-scale environments (preferred).
Experience with source control, CI/CD, Release Engineering, and DevOps (preferred).
Understanding of SRE principles, including observability, error budgeting, and SLA/SLO/SLI measurements (preferred).
