What you'll do

Automate operations and infrastructure for enterprise applications to ensure high performance.
Solve complex technical issues in a fast-paced, large-scale production environment.
Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and meet established service reliability measurements.
Manage incident response, problem management, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
Implement monitoring and logging using tools like Prometheus, Splunk, or Grafana.
Manage Kubernetes concepts including networking, storage, secrets, and container deployments.
Configure and troubleshoot load balancers, DNS, and TLS/SSL networking components.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines and source control management using Git.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with Java or scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or LUA.
Hands-on experience in one or more databases, including Relational or NoSQL like Oracle and MongoDB.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (equivalent practical experience).
Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Splunk, Grafana, or CloudWatch (preferred).
Proficiency in Linux, networking concepts, and troubleshooting in large-scale environments (preferred).
Experience with source control, CI/CD, Release Engineering, DevOps, and security standards (preferred).
Understanding of SRE principles, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP (preferred).
