What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
5+ years of experience in coverage design and testing.
Experience with ASTRO 25 & LMR platforms to diagnose software issues across Hydra, Voyager, and Magellan systems.
Proficiency in JavaScript and Google Apps Script to develop and maintain system rules.
Experience in field diagnostics and software support to coordinate resolution workflows between field teams and engineering.
