What you'll do

Own the product-led lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic global enterprise customers.

Represent the product organization to customers and go-to-market leaders during account planning.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree plus 12 years of related experience, Master's plus 5 years, or PhD plus 1 year.
7+ years of experience in technical product management or technical customer engagement with high-value enterprise customers.
Experience engaging with senior leadership at enterprise customers on technical issues (preferred).
Experience as a player/coach driving technical consensus across cross-functional engineering and go-to-market teams (preferred).
Experience working with large data sets to identify technical blockers (preferred).
Knowledge of Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar platforms to drive system health and performance insights (preferred).
AWS/GCP Cloud Architect, CKA, or equivalent SRE/DevOps certifications (preferred).
