What you'll do

  • Manage the end-to-end B2B risk lifecycle including onboarding, manual review workflows, and real-time decisioning at checkout.
  • Segment and calibrate specific risk policies across different enterprise customer cohorts to balance fraud prevention with user experience.
  • Define product requirements and roadmaps for enterprise risk capabilities and underlying account and billing infrastructure.
  • Own the recovery and verification experiences for enterprise customers, including fallback challenges and admin verification.
  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science to implement payment authorization improvements against specific loss-reduction targets.
  • Triage and prioritize a high volume of cross-functional dependency requests against shared engineering capacity.
  • Translate business and partnership needs into a technical risk product roadmap through stakeholder management.
  • Measure and iterate on product impact using KPIs such as loss rates, authorization effectiveness, and chargeback rates.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of product management experience as an individual contributor in a technology company.
  • Experience owning a complex, technically deep product domain such as payments, billing, risk, or platform infrastructure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Business, Design, and Operations teams.
  • Experience in risk, fraud, or trust & safety within a B2B/enterprise or multi-sided marketplace (preferred).
  • Prior ownership of products serving business accounts including billing configuration or credit management (preferred); MBA or equivalent experience (preferred).
