As a Principal Product Manager, Risk & Fraud, you will join the team responsible for the strategy and execution of Circle’s risk platform. What we're looking for
10+ years of product management experience building risk, compliance, or trust & safety platforms in fintech, crypto, or financial services.
Deep expertise in fraud typologies for consumer/SMB segments and hands-on experience crafting risk rules.
Deep expertise in AML, sanctions screening, and onboarding compliance such as KYC/KYB.
Track record of translating regulatory requirements into scalable platform capabilities for real-time and asynchronous risk decisioning across crypto and fiat rails.
Experience leading modular platform design and refactoring monolithic services into scalable, service-oriented architectures.
Ability to collaborate with engineering and data science teams to ship complex infrastructure products and influence senior stakeholders.
Analytical skills to apply ML, risk signals, and scoring models to improve detection and operational efficiency.
Technical fluency in APIs, SDKs, event-driven architectures (e.g., SNS/SQS), SQL, and GitHub (preferred).
