What you'll do

  • Own and drive the Enforcement Systems product roadmap for detecting and acting on unsafe content.
  • Define and scale automation strategy using Auto-Action Framework with LLMs and VLMs for content moderation.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure enforcement platform decisions align across Policy, Operations, Content Safety, and Engineering.
  • Translate policy intent into enforceable systems to maintain accuracy in automated actions.
  • Triage and prioritize requests against roadmap commitments to balance platform leverage with operational needs.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of product management experience in trust & safety or similar enforcement-oriented domains.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive decisions across engineering, operations, and policy stakeholders.
  • Experience with large-scale systems, including pipelines, distributed infrastructure, and high-throughput automation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in building AI/ML-powered products using LLMs, VLMs, or similar technologies.
  • Strong SQL skills for data investigation and analysis.
  • Excellent communication of complex technical and policy concepts both verbally and in writing.
