As a Sr. Associate, Product Manager on the Retail Bank Fraud Decisioning Platform team, you will drive the development of platform capabilities that enhance decision-making at scale and rapidly address business needs in fraud prevention. This role involves partnering with an agile engineering team to design and deliver product features for internal customers while building and owning a data-driven roadmap that prioritizes high-impact features. You will measure success against key outcomes, build partnerships with leaders across the bank, define KPIs, and collaborate effectively with risk, compliance, legal, and privacy partners. The ideal candidate has at least one year of product management experience, strong technical skills, and proficiency in leveraging AI tools to articulate complex user journeys and innovate for simplicity. This high-visibility role requires a customer-first mindset and the ability to navigate regulatory compliance while enhancing the customer experience.
