Senior Principal Data Scientist, Agentic AI

What you'll do

• Design and build enterprise-grade Agentic AI systems with autonomous workflows and multi-agent reasoning.
• Establish scalable patterns for agent architecture, evaluation, observability, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of advanced ML systems for content intelligence and audience personalization.
• Architect production-grade ML systems integrated with cloud data ecosystems like AWS, Snowflake, and GCP.
• Implement state-of-the-art models including recommender systems, time-series forecasting, and generative AI.
• Define best practices for MLOps, including CI/CD, model monitoring, drift detection, and feature stores.
• Serve as a technical advisor to senior leaders to influence enterprise AI roadmaps and architectural decisions.
• Mentor senior data scientists through technical guidance, design reviews, and deep problem-solving.

What we're looking for

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
• 18–20 years of total experience with 13–15 years specifically in Data Science/ML, including hands-on technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in predictive modeling, optimization, advanced ML techniques, MLOps, and large-scale model deployment.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, SQL, and modern cloud ecosystems including AWS, GCP, and Snowflake.
• Demonstrated experience in Media & Entertainment, streaming, digital advertising, or consumer intelligence.
• Strong communication skills to influence executives and mentor senior technical teams.
• Experience developing or customizing Large Language Models or multimodal foundation models (preferred).
• Patent, publication, or conference-track record in ML/AI (preferred).
