Senior Principal Data Scientist

What you'll do

• Design and implement advanced ML systems for content intelligence, audience modeling, and advertising monetization.
• Develop state-of-the-art models including recommender systems, time-series forecasting, and generative AI.
• Architect production-grade ML systems integrated with cloud ecosystems like AWS, Snowflake, and GCP.
• Establish best practices for MLOps, feature engineering, model monitoring, and responsible AI governance.
• Translate complex modeling outputs into actionable insights for executive-level decision-making across various business units.
• Serve as a technical advisor to senior leadership to influence enterprise AI roadmaps and architectural decisions.
• Mentor senior and staff-level data scientists through technical guidance and design reviews.
• Act as the final technical reviewer for high-risk or high-impact machine learning solutions.

What we're looking for

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related field.
• 18–20 years of total professional experience.
• 13–15 years of hands-on technical leadership and experience in Data Science/ML.
• Expertise in predictive modeling, optimization, advanced ML techniques, MLOps, and large-scale model deployment.
• Proficiency with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, SQL, and modern cloud ecosystems including AWS, GCP, and Snowflake.
• Experience in experiment design, causal inference, and statistical modeling.
• Demonstrated experience in Media & Entertainment, streaming, digital advertising, or consumer intelligence.
• Ability to communicate complex ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence executive-level decisions.
