What you'll do

  • Lead identification and prioritization of opportunities to maximize customer value through NetSuite's SuiteReview methodology.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, providing strategic guidance on business and technology decisions.
  • Architect complex solutions for customer requirements in partnership with Technical Services teams.
  • Integrate AI-driven tools and methodologies into customer advisory engagements to enhance business outcomes.
  • Maintain deep expertise in Oracle NetSuite products and pursue relevant certifications.
  • Drive consistent execution of ACS methodologies and delivery standards to ensure customer success.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in NetSuite core industries like Consumer Goods or Food & Beverage.
  • Deep expertise in multiple NetSuite modules including Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, and Order Management.
  • Proven track record in business process consulting with C-suite interactions.
  • Experience defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to synthesize information into strategic visions and execution roadmaps.
