What you'll do

  • Lead identification and prioritization of opportunities to maximize customer value through NetSuite's SuiteReview methodology.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, providing strategic guidance on business and technology decisions.
  • Architect solutions for complex business requirements in partnership with the Technical Services team.
  • Integrate AI-driven tools and methodologies into customer solutions to drive business value.
  • Maintain deep product expertise by pursuing relevant Oracle and NetSuite certifications.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to deliver integrated customer solutions consistently.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in NetSuite’s core industries (Consumer Goods, Industrial & Equipment, Food & Beverage, Life Sciences).
  • Deep expertise in multiple NetSuite modules including Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, Order Management, eCommerce.
  • Proven track record in business process consulting and enhancing organizational performance through analysis and optimization.
  • 5+ years of external consulting experience with sustained interactions at the C-suite level.
  • Strong ability to define requirements for complex customizations and integrations, and lead project teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for driving customer satisfaction.
