What you'll do

Architect, build, and support multi-cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Okta and identity management solutions.
Oversee certificate infrastructure and manage DNS systems.
Deploy and manage AWS multi-tenant account structures including networking, governance, and security controls.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments using Terraform or Ansible.
Act as a Tier 3 escalation point to resolve complex technical issues for customers.
Ensure all cloud services are fully delivered, validated, documented, and functioning according to requirements.
Collaborate with internal engineering and cybersecurity teams to maintain secure and compliant environments.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
10+ years of related experience.
Experience deploying and managing AWS multi-tenant environments using IaC such as Terraform or Ansible/YAML.
Experience with complex design and implementation of Okta/Identity federation solutions.
Experience with Okta workflow automation (preferred).
Hands-on experience with deploying Certificate Authority and managing DNS.
Working knowledge of Microsoft AD server and Linux operating systems.
Strong cloud networking background including Zscaler, routing, VPCs, security groups, and Route53.
