What you'll do

• Applies human-centered design principles to develop and evaluate new product concepts.
• Designs and executes user tests to refine product requirements and ensure optimal user experience.
• Conducts theoretical investigations to identify technological problems or risks in product development.
• Develops research methodologies for both qualitative and quantitative analysis of developmental prototypes.
• Influences the strategic direction of new products based on business strategy and long-term impact.

What we're looking for

• Requires Baccalaureate degree with 10 years of relevant experience or higher education with corresponding reduced experience.
• Applies human-centered design principles to develop and test new product concepts throughout the development process.
• Designs and executes user tests to identify use-related risks, refine requirements, and validate usability with intended users.
• Analyzes technological problems and develops research plans to inform new product designs based on business strategy.
• Influences the design of new products and processes with significant impact on functional results within the organization.
