What you'll do

  • Design and operate production infrastructure for AI agents and services across AWS and GCP environments.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform or similar tools to ensure consistent, automated deployments.
  • Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes for scalable AI service delivery.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD and GitOps pipelines to automate testing and environment management.
  • Implement secure identity, access management, and secret management systems for machine-to-machine communication.
  • Develop and operate API and AI gateway infrastructure to connect internal applications to external models.
  • Establish observability frameworks including logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting using tools like Prometheus or Datadog.
  • Partner with developers to transition experimental AI prototypes into secure, scalable, and production-ready services.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or Developer Infrastructure.
  • Must have hands-on experience designing and operating infrastructure in AWS and/or GCP environments.
  • Must have production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.
  • Must have experience provisioning and managing infrastructure using Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
  • Must have experience building or maintaining CI/CD and/or GitOps pipelines.
  • Must possess a strong understanding of cloud networking including VPCs, routing, security groups, and load balancing.
  • Must have experience implementing identity, authentication, authorization, and secrets management using tools like Okta, Vault, or IAM.
  • Must have strong scripting or software engineering skills in Python, Go, TypeScript, or similar languages for automation.
