Sr Network Reliability Engineer, IS joins the Enterprise Networks Reliability Engineering team to design, engineer, and improve the reliability of global enterprise network services. This role involves building resilient wired and wireless infrastructure for corporate environments, product launches, and large-scale events. You will develop automation platforms, APIs, and agentic AI workflows to replace manual operations with proactive, predictive systems. Key responsibilities include creating observability capabilities using telemetry and analytics to monitor network health and performance. The role requires expertise in TCP/IP, IPv6, BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, and EVPN, alongside experience with Python, REST APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, and Terraform. You will solve complex problems related to high-density wireless, RF design, and secure-by-design engineering while managing infrastructure across diverse locations to ensure seamless connectivity for critical business operations and global events.
Design and improve highly available enterprise network services for global engineering, corporate, and event environments.
Drive the transition toward modern Access Fabric architectures to provide resilient wired and wireless services.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex network deployments for product launches and offsite locations.
Develop automation platforms, APIs, and infrastructure workflows to simplify deployment and configuration management.
Build agentic AI and AI-assisted workflows to automate investigation, analysis, and remediation tasks.
Create observability capabilities using telemetry and analytics to proactively monitor network health and performance.
Analyze network data and trends to identify systemic risks and implement preventative reliability engineering.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience in Network Reliability Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Enterprise Network Engineering, or a related infrastructure engineering discipline.
Demonstrated experience designing, engineering, and operating large-scale enterprise wired and wireless network services.
Strong knowledge of networking technologies including TCP/IP, IPv6, routing, switching, VLANs, QoS, multicast, and security fundamentals.
Experience developing automation or software-driven solutions using scripting, APIs, or similar technologies to improve workflows.
Experience using telemetry, monitoring, metrics, logging, or analytics to assess infrastructure health and performance.
Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally for hands-on work in offsite and temporary environments.
Advanced experience with SDN, EVPN/VXLAN, high-density wireless, and CI/CD pipelines (preferred); industry certifications like CCNP or CCIE (preferred).
