What you'll do

Evaluate, characterize, and analyze full performance of MMIC prototypes.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in RF/microwave circuit design
Experience with GaAs and/or GaN MMIC design for linear and non-linear circuits
MS or PhD in engineering with emphasis on MMIC design, RF/microwave circuits, and electromagnetic theory
Proficiency in RF/microwave design tools such as ADS, HFSS, AWR
Understanding of electromagnetic propagation and antenna systems
