The role demands expertise in Google Sheets, SQL (with DBT/GitHub), Salesforce, Marketo, GA4, Amplitude, Thoughtspot, and PLG GTM Strategies, along with a strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive-level decision-making.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline, campaign performance, funnel conversion, and ROI.
  • Develop attribution models, lead scoring logic, and funnel stage definitions in partnership with MOps.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across marketing data sources by troubleshooting discrepancies.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign effectiveness, channel mix, audience segmentation, and pipeline contribution.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to marketing leaders, diagnosing business health and prescribing operational interventions.

What we're looking for

  • 6-8 years of quantitative experience in Marketing & Data Analytics or related fields.
  • At least 2-3 years of people management experience.
  • Expertise in building multi-touch attribution, predictive, and demand generation models.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets with advanced features and scripting capabilities.
  • Expert level SQL skills including data modeling from scratch using DBT/GitHub.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Marketo, GA4, Amplitude, Thoughtspot tools.
