What you'll do

  • Lead and evolve marketing measurement approaches across channels to maintain best-in-class analytics capability.
  • Design test frameworks for channel-level experiments, define success criteria, and scale learnings with channel managers.
  • Deliver portfolio-level analyses to optimize investment allocation and quantify efficiency managing hundreds of millions in annual budget.
  • Serve as primary analytics partner to channel marketing managers, informing their media, creative, and optimization strategies directly.
  • Mentor junior analysts, provide timely feedback, and coach them to accelerate their growth within the team.
  • Present findings and strategic perspectives to senior leaders, building consensus on investment decisions.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years experience in marketing analytics or related analytical roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to influence investment decisions
  • Experience with marketing measurement methodologies including attribution modeling, media mix modeling, incrementality testing, and A/B experimentation
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python or R, Snowflake, Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
