Senior Manager, Web Development Delivery

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of web development projects, enhancements, and digital capabilities across the enterprise.
• Manage and develop web engineers, technical leads, QA resources, and vendor teams.
• Partner with business teams to plan, estimate, and execute approved digital initiatives.
• Drive Agile delivery, release planning, resource management, and execution excellence.
• Coordinate with UX, content, and product teams to prioritize and deliver digital capabilities.
• Ensure all websites meet performance, security, accessibility, and compliance standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and delivery performance.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree with eight years of experience or a Master's degree with six years of experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• 8-10+ years of experience in web development, digital platforms, or application delivery (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams and managing cross-functional initiatives (preferred).
• Experience delivering enterprise websites, CMS platforms, and digital experiences (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, cloud technologies, APIs, DevOps, and modern web architectures (preferred).
• Experience managing offshore, nearshore, and managed service delivery models (preferred).
• Experience working in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences (preferred).
