What you'll do

Own the engineering strategy, technical roadmap, and execution for Buyer Cloud User Data platforms and services.
Lead, develop, and coach a team of software and data engineers through clear direction and career development.
Oversee the design, development, delivery, and production support of scalable and reliable data platforms.
Lead architecture and design discussions involving large-scale audience data, distributed processing, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
Drive engineering quality and release governance through design reviews, testing, and production-change controls.
Manage engineering resources and budgets while driving cloud cost efficiency and maximizing technology investments.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver privacy-compliant and feature-rich user data components.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or developing large-scale data platforms.
3+ years of experience managing and developing engineering teams of five or more people.
Proficiency in Python, microservices-based architectures, and strong SQL skills.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
Proven ability to lead design discussions, influence architectural decisions, and manage technical roadmaps.
Experience in ad tech, media, or data-intensive platforms (preferred).
Familiarity with Snowflake, EKS, Aerospike, Spark, batch/streaming ingestion, and cloud cost optimization (preferred).
