What you'll do

Manage a team of software engineers by providing direction, guidance, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Product Management to deliver new features for Buyercloud customers.

Drive improvements to the Ad Serving software infrastructure.
Review team members' work to ensure it meets established quality standards.
Provide technical support and training regarding Ad Serving capabilities.
Implement and review employee performance metrics.

What we're looking for

A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
10+ years of overall software development experience is preferred.
3+ years of related experience with technical leadership is preferred.
Experience in the media or advertising industry is a huge plus.
Proficiency in building distributed applications using object-oriented languages such as C++, Java, Rust, or Go is preferred.
Experience deploying and operating applications in a public cloud provider is preferred.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Git, and MS Office products is preferred.
AWS certification is a bonus; strong SQL skills, experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), and experience in the media industry are preferred.
