What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic projects involving mobile payment capabilities like Tap-to-Pay, in-app card provisioning, and biometric authentication.
  • Create detailed project plans including milestones, technical dependencies, risk mitigation, and resource mapping for native iOS and Android platforms.
  • Drive timelines for the rollout of EMV tokenization, 3DS2, PCI DSS controls, and new payment method integrations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between product managers, engineering leads, designers, QA, compliance, fraud teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Lead coordination with external partners including card networks (Visa, Mastercard), payment service providers, OEMs, and certification bodies.
  • Track delivery progress using agile and hybrid methodologies while maintaining accurate program status dashboards and RAID logs.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior leadership regarding milestones, success criteria, blockers, and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all mobile payment solutions comply with regional and international regulations such as PSD2, GDPR, PCI, and FFIEC.

What we're looking for

  • Candidates must possess eligibility to work in the United States for any employer at the date of hire.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field is typically required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
  • Progressive experience managing large complex projects or programs is required.
  • Experience in financial institutions, regulatory industries, or software development processes with a background in data processing and application systems is required.
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile, Waterfall, and all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is required.
  • Agile/ScrumMaster certifications are preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
