Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

What you'll do

• Develop, forecast, and track key performance indicators like MAA, TPA, ARPA, and GNA for the Consumer business.
• Manage financial planning and reporting processes for specific products and overall consumer metrics.
• Oversee month-end close activities, including variance analysis and reporting of operating expenses.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform executive decision-making.
• Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement within the finance team and across the business.
• Track and re-trend results against established forecasts and budgets.
• Ensure all financial activities strictly adhere to corporate policies and GAAP regulations.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Candidates must have at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates must possess expert proficiency in Excel, including advanced modeling, pivot tables, and Power Query.
• Candidates must be proficient in SQL and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Candidates must have a strong understanding of revenue recognition, unit economics, statistical forecasting, and financial statement analysis.
• Candidates must possess the ability to connect metrics to strategy and influence senior leadership through strategic thinking.
• Candidates must have exceptional communication skills for presenting complex financial analyses to senior executives.
• Experience with enterprise planning systems like Essbase or ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle is preferred.
