Senior Manager, Engineering, FI Data Solutions

What you'll do

• Translate product strategy into prioritized engineering roadmaps, technical deliverables, and execution plans.
• Lead the engineering execution and operational excellence for the Client Master Data Management platform.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to deliver integrated solutions that balance localized needs with organizational outcomes.
• Define and implement technology standards and governance practices across the engineering ecosystem.
• Evaluate and recommend the adoption of new technologies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Product and Vendor Managers to select and integrate external solutions.
• Manage vendor partnerships and optimize performance with both external providers and internal teams.
• Develop data-driven business cases and conduct technology readiness assessments.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to translate complex business vision and strategy into actionable engineering plans, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs.
• Expertise in modern engineering practices, platform architecture, and system design to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Proven ability to influence technical and architectural decisions that improve business and customer outcomes.
• Experience developing data-driven business cases and conducting technology readiness assessments.
• Demonstrated success in defining and implementing technology standards and governance practices.
• Strong vendor management capabilities to optimize partnerships with external providers and internal teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
