Senior Manager, Endpoint Management

What you'll do

• Lead the implementation and integration of SCCM, Tanium, JAMF, and Microsoft Intune solutions.
• Oversee the migration of Windows and Mac computers to the Intune management platform.
• Manage the Mac standard operating environment to ensure security, compliance, and usability.
• Manage a team of 8-10 professionals responsible for endpoint management systems and documentation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and processes for operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure endpoint management solutions remain current and compliant.
• Drive the long-term strategy and vision for endpoint management based on emerging trends.

What we're looking for

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• A University Degree with 10 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 7 years of experience is required.
• Experience leading and managing technical teams is required.
• Experience with endpoint management platforms such as SCCM, Tanium, JAMF, and Intune is required.
• Experience leading and driving initiatives from planning to implementation is required.
• Supplier management experience, including vendor coordination and issue resolution, is required.
• Process expertise in endpoint management is preferred.
