Senior Leader, Buying Program Strategy & Design

What you'll do

• Assess end-to-end workflows to optimize and enable agentic AI workflows for pre- and post-sale motions.
• Author and govern comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to translate strategy into actionable product specifications.
• Define requirements for customers to purchase Cisco AI solutions through Enterprise Agreements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in emerging business models.
• Lead value-based prioritization of the strategic roadmap and backlog to align with corporate goals.
• Develop standard operating processes and leverage data insights to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Advise executive sponsors on strategic and operational opportunities for buying programs.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in product management or business consulting with a proven track record of delivering successful solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing AI use cases that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Proficiency in quote-to-cash processes, including optimizing or running workflows for quoting, ordering, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Experience working with "As A Service" business models, including subscription-based offerings or recurring revenue streams (preferred).
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, IT, Engineering, and Operations teams (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to back recommendations with data-driven insights (preferred).
