As a Sr Lead Software Engineer within the Corporate Sector Compute Infrastructure Platform organization, you will design, deploy, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure across physical, virtual, and container environments. You will develop automation scripts for server provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and image deployment while ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves managing complex programs to modernize technology processes and driving the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed. You will utilize a technical stack including Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, C#, .NET, Ansible, PowerShell, and Python. Your work focuses on infrastructure engineering within a heterogeneous environment, involving distributed systems, networking, storage, and cloud technologies across public and private clouds to solve complex problems in the corporate compute infrastructure domain.
Design, deploy, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure across physical, virtual, and container environments.
Develop automation scripts for server provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and image deployment.
Ensure all systems comply with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Architect and implement technical changes to resolve issues and modernize organizational technology processes.
Drive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
Establish measurable validation standards for secure coding, peer review, and automated testing.
Manage complex programs and initiatives while translating technical results into business language for leadership.
What we're looking for
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years of applied experience.
Advanced knowledge of distributed systems running Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, and underlying hardware/hypervisors.
Extensive experience in areas such as networking, databases, storage, deployment, integration, automation, scaling, or performance.
Proficiency in specific software technologies and programming languages including C#, .NET, Ansible, PowerShell, and Python.
Experience with enterprise-scale software engineering involving heterogeneous environments, automated test harnesses, and data-driven technical standards.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of authorized AI-assisted development tools while ensuring security and performance standards.
Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and ability to operate across public and private clouds.
Experience in Windows Server Clusters or infrastructure virtualization with VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM (preferred).
