Sr Lead Network Engineer serves as the primary technical authority for production network data and inventory information across Fiber Access and Metro network environments. Develop automated solutions for data collection, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
Create dashboards and metrics to track network assets and service delivery performance.
Serve as the primary technical authority for fiber access and metro network inventory data.
Define requirements for inventory workflows, data models, and validation processes.
Lead projects involving system integrations, data governance, and reporting enhancements.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
7+ years of experience in telecommunications network engineering, network operations, inventory management, OSS platforms, production data analysis, or related technical disciplines.
Expert knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure including Fiber OLT, access, transport, and Metro network technologies.
Experience supporting Fiber Access, OLT, Metro Ethernet, transport networks, and enterprise inventory platforms like NetBox and Optius/Odin (preferred).
Extensive experience in inventory reconciliation, data governance, asset lifecycle tracking, and operational reporting.
Proficiency in developing dashboards, metrics, and analytical reporting solutions.
Strong understanding of OSS platforms, network inventory architectures, and data integration methodologies.
Experience with automation, scripting, and data validation processes.
