What you'll do

Design, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure across LAN and WAN environments using Cisco routing and switching.
Manage network virtualization technologies including VMware NSX to support on-prem, cloud, and virtualized infrastructures.
Configure and manage F5 load balancing components such as VIPs, pools, health monitors, and SSL profiles.
Troubleshoot complex networking issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, and SSL/TLS protocols.
Perform network performance tuning, capacity planning, and availability improvements for mission and training environments.
Support cyber training and simulation environments including Red Team and Blue Team scenarios.
Implement security controls including access control lists, firewall rules, and network segmentation.
Document network designs, configurations, troubleshooting steps, and operational procedures for stakeholders and technical teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of relevant experience in network engineering and infrastructure.
Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II/III Certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA, CISSP) or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Experience with Cisco routing and switching, including BGP, OSPF, and enterprise network design.
Experience with VMware NSX, F5 load balancers, and Linux/Windows network administration.
Experience with network security controls, ACLs, segmentation, and performance tuning.
Preferred: experience in cyber training or operations; experience with Ansible, Python, AWS/Azure, or firewall technologies (preferred).
