The Sr. Lead Integration Engineer joins a team focused on designing, documenting, and maintaining enterprise-wide Google Workspace and Microsoft M365 collaboration platforms. Day-to-day tasks include identifying automation opportunities, providing technical support, monitoring system performance, and mentoring other engineers. Key technologies and tools include Python, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK, Jenkins, GitHub, and Artifactory. The role addresses the challenge of securing large-scale collaboration environments while ensuring seamless integration across a full-stack of development tools within complex technical and business constraints to improve overall user experience.
Design, document, and maintain enterprise-wide Google Workspace and Microsoft M365 collaboration platforms.
Translate business objectives and risk tolerances into platform configurations, security practices, and data handling policies.
Manage identity and access management (IAM) strategies including multi-factor authentication and SSO integration.
Architect and manage a robust content management program to prevent unauthorized sharing of sensitive data.
Execute lifecycle-based governance for third-party applications through risk assessments and security audits.
Ensure platform compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal requirements like eDiscovery and data retention.
Identify and implement automation opportunities for repetitive administrative tasks using scripting languages.
Lead a team of engineers to develop technical roadmaps and drive high-priority strategic initiatives.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
At least 6 years of cumulative experience in enterprise information technology, systems engineering, or cybersecurity roles.
At least 4 years of hands-on experience architecting, administering, and securing a large-scale Google Workspace or Microsoft M365 environment.
Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, or managing services across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS cloud environments.
Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or an MBA with a technology focus (preferred).
Current Google Certified - Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification (preferred).
6+ years of experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft M365; 6+ years using build/deployment tools; and 4+ years of experience in scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (preferred).
